I strive to capture the moment so that it can be lived all over again based on a four-piece recipe:

1. Action: Whether it be the look in their eyes, a facial expression, or an extraordinary feat, when frozen in a still photograph, intense moments can be experienced in a whole new way.

2. Ambience: These are those candid photos that provide context to complete the story. This may include getting ready, warm-ups, break times, the venue, the weather, or the audience.

3. Emotion: After the action is done some of the best moments occur as emotions come pouring out.

4. Quality: Professional quality images with professional quality edits
